任天堂宣佈他們旗下的兩款大作《The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild》以及《Super Mario Odyssey》都會為將會推出的 Nintendo Labo VR 頭戴式裝置推出特別設計的全新「小任務」。有消息指，在薩爾達裡面除了特定的故事場面之外，其他都可用 VR 頭戴式裝置來玩。
任天堂美國官方 Twitter 發出短片，介紹他們將會推出的 Nintendo Labo VR 將會對應該公司兩款大作。紙箱製作的頭戴式裝置配合 Switch 主機，全面投入《Super Mario Odyssey》的世界，全新的 3 個小任務中，玩家要收集遊戲中的音符、金幣等等。
而在《The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild》裡面，玩家可利用 VR 頭戴式裝置來體驗薩爾達的自由世界。影片中可看到玩家只要進入選單，就能開、關 Toy-Con VR Goggles 模式。
以上提及的兩款遊戲，會在美國時間 4 月 25 日／日本時間 4 月 26 日推出免費更新。
